Iran’s children charity officially started work in the UK and became registered as a charity in 2009. Initially the charity carried out
fund raising and work based on the requests received from a variety of centres such as Paediatric hospitals, orphanages and
To date £352,417 has been raised and spent in the area of education, nutrition, health and other necessities that were requested.
These included surgical equipments, libraries, sports equipment, food and cloth, etc. The share of overall expenditures from 2009
until end of 2016 are shown in the following diagram:

After obtaining the necessary permits from interior ministry and Home Office in Iran, Iran’s Children Charity was also registered in
Iran and its office officially started work In July 2016. Since then, the charity is focusing on area of education and raising quality
standards of care.
Iran’s annual financial report of the charity will be available from by end of 2017 and in March of each year thereafter.
